About this piece

A classic little village church: nave with arched windows, a gabled roof with ridge tiles, and a bell tower with arched openings, a pointed spire and a cross on top. It stands handsomely on a shelf by day, and after dark it earns its name: set a battery LED tealight inside, and the arched windows glow warm against the walls. And because this is printed in PLA, the same warning as all my light pieces, said plainly: LED lights only. A real flame must never come near it. It makes a lovely piece for the Christmas window sill, and honestly it holds its own the whole year. I print it to order and finish the tower and window arches by hand.

Why I made it this way

  • I made the windows glow from a single LED tealight inside.
  • I built the classic silhouette: nave, gabled roof, bell tower, spire and cross.
  • I keep it LED only: PLA and open flames must never meet.
  • I detail the ridge tiles, window arches and tower openings for eye and fingertip.
  • I finish the spire and cross by hand before shipping.

What arrives

If you choose the printed option, your church arrives glow-tested with an LED tealight. The light itself is not included. Want another colour? Contact me before ordering.

Printing and finishing

I print each church to order in Denmark and hand-finish the tower, spire and window arches. Remember: PLA is for LED lights only, never a burning candle.

Printed items have a 14-day right of withdrawal, plus your 2-year complaint right.
