How ordering works

  1. Send me your material and wishes through the design request form. Photos, drawings or a PDF floor plan are all fine.
  2. I design your model, send you my suggestion, and confirm the final price before anything is printed.
  3. Once you approve, I print, check and ship your piece from Denmark.

About this piece

A floor plan on paper is useless to a blind person, and honestly hard work for everyone else. As a tactile model, the same plan becomes something you can walk through with your fingers: every wall stands raised, every doorway is a gap your fingertip falls into, and braille labels name the rooms. The photos show one I built for a family: their whole home as one plate, with a lift-off roof, and their child reading the rooms by hand. This is a made-to-order piece. Send me your floor plan, a PDF from the estate agent, an architect's drawing, or even clear photos of a paper plan, and tell me what matters to you: which rooms, which labels, what size. I design the model, we agree on the final price, and only then do I print. Tactile plans like these help blind family members learn a new home before moving day, help children understand where they live, and give schools and institutions accessible wayfinding. The starting price covers a single plate like the one in the photos; larger buildings, multiple floors or magnet-mounted roofs are priced by scope.
