About this piece
Four LED tealights sit in recessed cups inside this crown, their warm flicker glowing between the eight sweeping arches. A fleur-de-lis tops the crown, smaller ones ring the band, and an embossed pattern runs around the base. With four lights it makes a fine advent decoration, and the rest of the year it is simply a handsome piece of table light. One thing before anything else, and I mean it: this holder is for battery powered LED tealights only. It is printed in PLA, a plastic that softens with heat and burns like any plastic. A real flame must never come anywhere near it. Use the flat-based LED tealights sold in every supermarket; they slot straight into the four cups.
Why I made it this way
- I made it for LED tealights ONLY: PLA and open flames must never meet.
- I gave it four recessed cups, so it doubles as an advent decoration.
- I shaped eight sweeping arches with a fleur-de-lis crest, like a real crown.
- I emboss the band and base, so there is detail for fingertips too.
What arrives
If you choose a printed option, your crown arrives checked and ready for the four LED tealights you add yourself. Tealights are not included. Want a specific colour? Contact me before ordering.
Printing and finishing
I print each crown to order in Denmark and clean the arches by hand. Remember: this is PLA. It is for battery LED tealights only and must never hold a burning candle.
Returns and digital files
Printed items have a 14-day right of withdrawal, plus your 2-year complaint right.
